Do not use this business! They are not BMW specialist! They deleted my 5 year service history and provided no action to fix it!

I had a my car serviced about 4 months prior to a screeching noise which I noticed at the rear of my vehicle. I booked the car in for a re check. The technician checked it and gave it the all clear with a video. The Salesman then preceded to tell me there was nothing wrong and the technician had taken it out for a test drive and the senior technician had cleared this. The car continued to make the noise. So I decided to get independent advice and took it down to National tyres. As I stood there within 5 minutes he had showed me what the problem was. Completely worn disc brake in fact it had already been scratching the drum. So I took the car back. Spoke to a lady at reception who was completely sympathetic and called the sales person who had dealt with the enquiry. He came over I very calmly and professionally wanted an explanation. He immediately went on the defensive so I showed him what the problem was which he had a look with the torch light on his phone. He advised me to book the car in they wouldHave a look. At this point no apologie. Instead I being made to feel it was all my fault I hade brought the car in. Then I was told there was no immediate availability again he failed realise the fault should have been picked up long before by the industry leading technicians working there. I asked him that I needed this resolving and the answer was appointments get booked very quick so I'm lucky to get this date. I booked and left only later to cancel. Had the discs replace at National tyres following day in the late afternoon and saved myself £58 on the price quoted. I ask the company seniors how this was never mentioned on £390 service carried with video. Then second attempt with video. I had been driving my children to school on the motorway a vehicle which was unsafe and could have put lives at risk.
