The Perfume Shop Bolton

Store was amazing. Had a lot of help. I wanted a different perfume. Didn't push to get the bigger size. Prices we're very good. Definitely shopping there again.

I haven’t spent much time shopping here but whenever I have collected an order from here it’s always the same young blonde girl and she’s always super sweet and friendly. She seems really helpful and she deserves props for that. Always a fast service too.

Took an order on Monday 16thAugust 2021 from my son who's disabled, he paid for next day delivery. It's now Thursday18thAugust 2021 and still no product!!Been in-store today for a refund and they won't give him his money back... they have stolen his money. The male member of staff called Alex was no help what so ever.I would advise never to use this store they are thief's!!!He's entitled to a refund because you have broken you contract of sale, taking advantage of people with disabilities, you should hang your head's in shame!!!!!Customer service is shocking, it's not our fault the company you employ to deliver your products are rubbish.Edit 25th August 2021..It's been over a week and still no refund, this company is a joke avoid at all costs!!The manageress at this store need's replacing.Edit 30th August 2021... still no contact and no refund.Consumer Ombudsman will be contacted today.Please everyone do yourself a favour and never shop at this store!!!

Verybad experiance. Returned a few perfumes. First of all manager was reluctant to return them. Through out my stay there he was very rude. I never had such a bad experience in any other outlet in UK.

You'd get more help from a dead person,asked to smell some perfumes only to find they had none open and wouldn't open any.when you ask for advise it's to much effort for them.
