Bristol Hot spring at Cadbury Garden Centre is fantastic. The original staff that sold us the hot tub were very knowledgable and helpful. The installation was quick and easy and the installers took us through all the water maintenance with great detail. The after care staff at the branch are always helpful. Fantastic service all round.

Just bought our Highlife Envoy hot tub from the Bristol showroom today. Rose was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and enjoyable experience. Can not wait for the hot tub to be installed now. Thoroughly recommend them

Just had ours delivered yesterday, quick, straight forwards, ours was lifted in by portacover over 2 gardens. Very good guys.We bought the limelight flair, best purchase I ever made, so nice, music is very loud with sub woofer, the jets very good, so relaxing, easy testing setup, wrote down all actions monthly and weekly to care for filter. And had the pillow and Care products to start us off.I would give this service and tub 10/10, couldn’t have had a better experience.Thanks Rose and jack, also portacover made my experience stress free

Really poor service. I was totally miss sold an ex demo hot tub, with promises that failed to deliver. Genna was great, managing to resolve the original , cancelled deal with a revised purchase of a new, more expensive tub .

Met Jack at the showroom and he helped me pick out the best unit for my home. Was really knowledgeable and fully committed to finding a good fit. I was a little nervous about buying a unit before I walked in, but he set all my fears to rest. Excellent service and I would highly recommend!

Great service upon buying and having hot tub installed.Issue with lid rectified without any difficulties. Gareth came last week to install new lid and was very friendly, informative and helpful. Visited again today by Gareth and Ted who resolved the issue finally.Great team work, thank you

Awesome experience, we have had the relay for 4 months now with no problems and we use it nearly everyday. Andy is really helpful and knowledgable and always a joy to talk to.
