I'm surprised by the some of the reviews on here as my experience going in was pretty positive to be honest. The lady helped me with the machine and seemed polite to me. Washing was done pretty quickly and I was out of there within about 40 minutes, so no need to leave my washing. I just read a book on the bench they have by the front door... was quite a relaxing experience all in all.I'll certainly go back.

Best Laundrette in the area by far. The shop is immaculate. Highly recommend Friendly & personable service. Machines all well maintained. Asking comes out amazing. Great Value for Money.

Had to begin looking for a new Laundrette as my old local closed down due to the strain of COVID.Walked in feeling like a lost pup but the woman who welcomed me was wonderful, she explained how each machine worked and also what the costs where for everything.Great value for money and very central, heck Lidl near enough next door so you could do you laundry and shopping in one hit!

From the moment I parked up in front of the establishment, I was being starred at. When I entered the energy (vibe) felt off but against my better judgment and the fact I was new to the area and didn't know of anywhere else nearby, I decided to proceed.I brought my bags in and had my children (aged 12 and 2) with me.She asked if I came to do washing, to which I replied yes. I was then looking at two machines trying to decide which drum would be large enough to hold all the clothes I had brought. The woman came towards me and asked which one I was using but I hadn't decided yet. She seemed a little irritated. My littlest one started running rings around the spot I was standing in, much to 'her' dismay (I could tell by her icy stare) but then the eldest got the little ones attention and they both sat down.At this point I had decided on the machine to use and continued to put the clothes in. As soon as I closed the door, she was straight over to put the liquid soap in the dispenser and amongst the clothes, even though assistance was not requested. Whilst she was doing that, I asked if the machine would supply enough water for the amount of clothes I had put in, as it was quite full. Her level of annoyance certainly rose at that point. I thought it was a fair question. I've used laundrettes before and have found the more clothes added, the less water is actually seen swishing around. Anyhow...I walked over to my eldest to get money and she's just standing there behind me, waiting, as I'm counting it out. I felt very uncomfortable and rushed. She was waiting to change it for a token. My son counted £7 in the car but somehow £1 had gone missing. As I placed the £6 in her hand, I asked if she could take that for now whilst I went to find somewhere to withdraw cash. She quickly placed in back in my hand and told me to go find somewhere and come back with all of it. Then she'll put my load to start. Her manner was so off putting. I should've left then but glutton for punishment, I asked if she knew where a cashpoint was and in a snappy tone and back turned towards me, she replied no.That was it for me. No longer could or would I stand for her impertinent behaviour and decided to call her out on it. I shouted at her:1. Don't work in a job you don't want to be in.2. Improve your costumer service skills.3. The attitude you put out is what will be returned. She shouted back at me, bringing up the fact I did not have the right amount to which I quickly responded with that's why I asked if you knew where a cashpoint was" to which she then replied "well there's a bank across the road".Hold on...so she did know where a cashpoint was this whole time! Okay. I gathered up my things and took my children back to the car

Great service. Needed some work uniform washing and drying in super quick time - and they delivered. All washed, dried and folded in less than 3 hours. Decent smelling washing powder they use too. Can't complain at all. Thanks guys.

Love this place. I've been twice. Once where I did the laundry myself and they were so helpful with how to use the machines. The second time I used their wash and dry service. They did it all so quickly and it was folded lovely. I would recommend both services.

Superbly clean, great service. I've been regularly this month due to my own machine breaking down and the lady is always really welcoming, helpful and friendly. When I haven't been able to collect my washing immediately she's made sure it's safe until I return. If I could give more stars I would !

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The lady who runs this place is extremely rude and I will not be returning.
