Extremely impressed with the service. We have just installed AC units in our house as we have no gas supply. He calculated the required amount of supply and airflow we would need and also made sure we would have enough in the future in case of a loft conversion. Our indoor units are Wi-Fi cable and have a host of great features I would have never expected.Scott was very polite, respectful and tidy while in our home, highly highly recommend!

Scott and his team were extremely helpful. Gave me advice over the phone initially then came to do a free survey. On installation he delivered exactly what he said he would. Very friendly. Very neat job. Cleaned and tidied afterwards. When there was a small hiccup (not his fault) he went above and beyond to sort it. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

I called Premi-Air, someone answered immediately and was on another job, called me back within 5 minutes and it just so happened they were just around the corner on another job, so came to my house with 20 minutes of speaking. Very professional, polite and explained everything to me that was going on with the air conditioning unit.Would 100% recommend and use again.
