I called after a delivery driver left some oil on my brand new carpet! Tried everything and couldn’t get the oil out of the carpet. When I called Craig was friendly and asked some questions and was keen to help! A couple of hours later he come round to the house and got the oil out of the carpet. 5 star service and would use again without hesitation!

Craig was punctual and polite at all times. I liked that he wore shoe covers to ensure that other parts of my property didn't get dirty. He has cleaned both carpets and my sofa. The results of the clean he did for me was just brilliant and all looked like new. I would highly recommend.

After having a substantial water leak I called Pro-Clean. It was immediately evident on the phone they knew exactly what was needed. Super friendly and efficient the team arrived perfectly on time.
