Popped in for pre-match drink (and buffet). Great staff managed a very busy bar. Sausage rolls and sandwiches were very nice.

Visited for a great friend’s funeral. The staff and management could not have done any more for the family. Food was really good and the beer was perfect.

We held a small afternoon lunch to celebrate a family 90th birthday in the function room upstairs. Nothing was too much trouble for Errin, Sandra and all the girls. Excellent food and superb service throughout the day. Highly recommend.

Quiet little village with a pub full of drunken people noise this afternoon & even worse tonight. Sorry I am a hotel resident not wanting to put up with the noise & the drunken behaviour we are paying money to stay here have some respect & food was very poor don’t waste your money like me

We had xmas lunch which was lovely great value for money.The staff were busy happy to chat. The restaurant was cosy and well decorated. Will be back.

Booked the function room for a baby shower, the staff were brilliant and so helpful. The afternoon tea was delicious and great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Went for our tea, got the pate for starter. It was ok, asked for steak and sausage pie got cold steak pie. The chips were great. Would not go again or recommend.
