My mum is having an awful experience. Been waiting 9 weeks for lights she paid for. Went to get a refund today as she is tired of waiting and they refused to refund her as it’s past 30 days...... She’s not even got the goods!!!Disgraceful customer service!!!Basically stolen from her at this point. No better than common scam artists.

We wanted to support a local business after the Lockdown(s) so we decided to get our new suite from Eyres. They were excellent throughout and provided support and advice when asked but were not at all pushy. Staff were very approachable , knowledgeable and helpful. There was a slight wobble over a delay in delivery but this is happening right across the sector at the moment. We were very happy with Eyres and will be using them again in future.

Eyes is a wonderful traditional furniture site where customer service is a priority and quality a given. We have just purchased a new suite from them and nothing was too much trouble. They even took away the old suite. I would highly recommend.

Ordered our sofa back in September 21, spoke to the store numerous times but still no firm delivery date. Now closed for god knows how long and phone line unavailable, no response from email. Terrible service, still out of pocket over £1000 deposit so contacted Citizens Advice who will report them to Trading Standards. Will never use Eyres again.

Excellent products backed up by excellent service. Our recliner developed a fault just out of warranty but that didn't matter. They came out straight away and fixed it. Id definitely recommend

Fab store had many items over tge years. Went to order a new bed. The sales assistant Alison was very knowledgeable and helpful and it was nice to be able to see the same person as we visited the store twice. Quality products and good old fashioned service the cafe looked nice too, will try that next time.

I live in Devon and was finding it hard to track down the sofa I wanted but eventually found it on the Eyres of Chesterfield website they even sold me the display model and delivered it to Devon and I am absolutely delighted with the service and condition of the sofa thank you very much Joanna for delivery the sofa and your colleagues for the customer service and help I received

We ordered three lots of furnitureThe delivery date was exactly as quoted. However we had made a big mistake on the three coffee tables- they were too big for our lounge. With trepidation I rang Eyres to explain our problem. No problem they exchanged our set for a smaller setThe staff are great and the service is beyond expectations. We have bought a lot of furniture from and will in the future. I can't believe any negative feedback they might receive.
