From the first phone call to the last what's app message, I had amazing service from Debbie and her husband. Would highly recommend black cat van hire and the owners. The vehicle was a dream to drive, and had the added bonus of a rear view camera. Price was exceptional and the best in the area. Debbie went out of her way to accomodate me with the times I needed, to pick up and drop off the van, which helped me massively. Just what you want a customer focused business, that provides a all round brilliant service. Will definitely be using them again if I need a van.

Friendly service, however only happened to notice during the day of hire that the front tyre was down to canvas. Indicator also not working. I don’t expect a van of an immaculate standard, but road legal is surely a minimum….?

Nick and Deborah are wonderful! I urgently needed a van and called Deborah Saturday afternoon asking for a long wheel base van asap. The following morning, Nick came and collected me from a bus stop 30minutes away from their base, the paperwork was fast and simple, the van was clean, tidy and very capable. Returning the van was simple and i have no regrets from using Black Cat.Nick, Deborah thank you both for all your help, i really appreciate it.I would definitely use you again and will recommend you to anyone needing a van.

Black Cat Van Hire is a small and very friendly business that has been running for over 20 years. If, like me, you need advice about which is the best van to hire, they are always willing to spend the time to explain everything to you and advise you about the best size van for your requirements.Their vans are spotless and extremely well maintained, which I think is very important! I also liked the fact that every van has AA breakdown cover so that if the worst happens you're not left stranded!All in all, a fabulous little company and highly recommended.
