Tuffnells Parcels Express

We have the misfortune to be located next door to Tuffnells. They did away with their car park some time ago to allow more space for wagons so now their employees are forced to double park all over the pavements on the main road and cause obstructions. Their night staff litter the road with fast food packaging, crisp packets, empty pot noodle tubs and soda and beer cans every night. We paid to have the road cleaned up to help the overall look of the area, it took 2 workers 3 days to complete and within 2 weeks it was littered again, absolute scumbags with no regard for anyone else. If i could have left a review with no stars i would have!!

I was waiting in for a scheduled sofa that I ordered and paid extra for a specific day, waited in all day the Friday, nothing appeared, waited Saturday and again nothing appeared, checked the ridiculous track and trace sat evening and it stated delivered, I was absolutely furious, contacted the company I bought the sofa from to be told check with your neighbours or a shed etc, we live in a small close, every car that drove past I was up looking in case it was Tufnell, I will be getting back in touch again it now being Monday, let’s hope they can get it resolved, I personally feel the driver has either kept it or sold it, feel totally let down £400 pound and nothing to show, this was for our summerhouse and had a party Friday so the sofa would have been great, we’ll to say I will be demanding action is an understatement. Wouldn’t give this company 1 star but had to to be able to add my review

15/05/21: I feel sorry for the Customer Service call handler I spoke to, he was great but this company is a joke on a whole. The order tracker is out dated, there are no tighter delivery time slots just wait all day between 8am and 6pm, when trying to the call handler tried contacting the depot there was no answer and the same with the delivery drivers. I would never used these again, order was requested to be cancelled20/05/21: After stating I want the item cancelled for delivery and sent back this company have fraudulently signed my name stating the item was delivered however I was unavailable to take the delivery. The sender has been trying to get in touch with them for days to try and find out where is the item to no success. I am over £300 out of pocket because of this. Save yourself a headache and do not use this company

Waited all day on the day specified for delivery (no time was given). Contacted the vendor who said it was down to Tuffnells to send a Unique Reference Number for tracking. They STILL haven't sent one. Wasted nearly an hour on the phone with two different Tuffnells representatives - the last one, who wouldn't give me his name, simply hung up on me. Useless, disoganised, unprofessional.

My goods were not delivered on the day they should have been. But John from the Haydock branch was so lovely that I forgave them He was so helpful in rearranging a new delivery date quickly to fit in with the floor fitters. And the drivers - two lovely young men. So polite and nice!!

Terrible. Still waiting for my item which was due a week ago, the delivery van came but.....my item wasn't in the van! Been emailing for the last week with responses of a don't care" attitude from them. Should have been delivered today as per the track & trace but no show again. Terrible service!"

THE worst delivery company I've ever come in contact with. Do not recommend, don't use if at all possible.They're very difficult to get hold of as when you do you'll likely just want to complain.

If I could give it a 0 star I would! Delivery man fobbed me off when I questioned my other half of the delivery as he left half of my order in the van, but marked it down as delivered both of them! And then he drove off! Name was Neil.

Worst courier service ever. First off the only one of two boxes arrived and they somehow returned part of the bed to Scotland, then the box they did deliver was heavily damaged causing damage to the bed frame. Collection was arranged and now I’ve waited for 12 hours a day 3 days on the run and no one has bothered turning up. You call up and get lied to constantly or fobbed off. Avoid at all costs.

Awful service, failed to deliver anything but lies. Do not use! - I have just spoken with a customer service agent (call made at 10:10, 16 minutes in length from number ending 182) who refused to provide her name. She also clearly failed all DPA processes and withheld her name as a result of this.
