Chips tasted stale like they were too over cooked, didn’t enjoy them, cheese was slimey and so thick and tasteless it was horrible, took so long of a wait too….5.60 for disgusting chips never again

Just got 2 kebabs 1 was just chicken it was all shredded chicken and very dry the other was a mixed kebab lamb and chicken that was same shredded chicken and dry waste of money won't be returning

Incorrect order..chips cold and stale. Onions rings under cooked and cold..burger disgusting. No salad as requested. Overloaded with cheese..definitely will no longer be ordering from them.

Used to be the best but currently is Really bad. I went there to Collect my order cause by delivery I was receiving my order always cold but no problem with that. So the last couple of times the quality of the meat was poor and the portion of my chicken doner have had plenty pieces of skin inside. So the last time I've called them cause I found skin again in my donner chicken and the half of the portion was warm and the other half was cold. The lady on the phone told me that this was not possible so I've asked them if they could send someone to collect the bad portion and bring me a proper one cause I was not able to drive back and show them what the state of my order was. The answer was no, they were very busy apparently to bother with my order and the lady on the phone told me that the only way to replace my order was to drive back with the skin and the portion of the donner so they can exchange It if my statement was true. I regret for the chances I gave to this place.

As an avid Kebab enjoyer, and someone who’s tried pretty much every Kebab house in Hastings, Batman Grill is probably my favourite. Food is always so fresh and hot. Their chilli + garlic sauce together is to die for, but even on their own they tasted so good. The lamb doner is award-winning (it actually is), it’s beautiful. And the owner and staff are always extremely kind.

Very cheap service and the food is expensiveThey just straight away charge for extra large without asking your choice that's fine but you will get almost half salad and less than half meat. I want take away but the women at the till didn't asked me eating in or take away they just give the food by hand without a bag and without tissuesHighly not recommend

I'm not sure why all the other reviews are so bad! I literally will not get kebab from anywhere else, EVER! Their kebabs are the best is hastings hardly any fat and grisle which is a big thing! The only down side to this place is their chips aren't nice, always pale and just not nice to eat, however, their meat completely makes up for it!Would have given 5☆ but the chips really let them down.

I called them and they said they I was calling them so many times and I’m was very shocked and they took my order I payed for delivery there were being a bit rude saying make a mistake they won’t accept my order never come here!

great food as always. right on time for pick up . only thing was delevery drivery holding things up by winging. didn't take anything to deliver . just had to have his say .
