Alfriston Court Care Home

I’ve been very happy with the care my mother has received at Alfriston Court. Every single one of the team go above and beyond in caring for her, not just with the physical difficulties she has, but her general wellbeing, her health and daily happiness. Nothing is too much trouble. Her food choices are always taken into account, the activities team make sure she’s doing what she wants to do and she absolutely loves her carers. They are such cheery individuals, making sure mum is relaxed, happy and living the best life she can and I’m totally impressed by their dedication. Thank you all.

Don't be deceived by the fancy location .. grounds etc.When staff looking after their patient don't even know what's wrong with him that's shocking.A total Lack of communication.They Shouldn't take on patients they are not equipped to deal withNot one to write reviews publically but unless your relative is able bodied I would not trust my loved one staying here. My dad who was terminally ill was not cared for properly he was left unattended and cut his arm on a door.Edit : the email.address in the response below is not correct either.

My grandmother loves it here. She’s very well looked after and tells us she’s very happy to stay. Even during Covid, we were able to see, on zoom, that Gran was doing well and we’re even happier now that we can actually visit and see how well she is cared for. Her carers are lovely and they’re doing an amazing job.

So pleased with how my Grandma is looked after here!She has been a resident for nearly 7 years now, and is currently needing more care than ever before.I can see how well she is being looked after and I trust Alfriston Court completely. The family receive regular emails from the Head of Care, updating us on how she's doing, which we're so appreciative of.Thanks so much for all your hard work.

My wife and I are so pleased with the quality of care at Alfriston Court.My Grandmother-in-law is a resident here, and my wife has had peace of mind ever since her beloved nan moved here in 2014.The two have always been close, and I’m so happy to see both of them smiling. We really couldn’t recommend this place more!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Absolutely fabulous home.My father was here for respite a little while back. However, the last few months have been increasingly difficult looking after him at home, so we made the decision to move him permanently. I’m so glad we did!I was definitely feeling apprehensive, but I’m amazed at how quickly dad has settled.Great care, great staff. Thank you so much everyone.

Lovely welcome for my Mother from staff, beautiful location and home. Felt confident leaving Mum.
