Great little plumbing shop that sells a broad range of tools, parts, accessories and materials- not just plumbing stuff. Staff are friendly and helpful and will order you in parts if you need something for an old boiler for example. The prices are also reasonable so it's nice to support a local shop that's much more convenient than the B&Q mega store.

Regularly use Shaps for plumbing bits. The service is fantastic. Had to replace a TRV. From the photo they suggested two possible valves. Shaps suggested we buy both and return the one we don’t use. Returned unused valve today for a no fuss refund. Always good for advice and expert help.

I always use this store for plumbing supplies very helpful and knowledgeable for those of us who aren't plummers . Always trade vans parked outside which tells you a lot. My wife has picked up stuff for me and has commented on how helpful and non-condescend they were to her which is not always true of stores such as these.
