KT Nails

I only wanted my toes painted, so was not there long, but they are lovely people, efficient and pleasant. All wear masks and I was asked to keep my flip flops on at this time of covid restrictions. Each station was cleaned after use. Next time I will have a full pedicure.Massive choice of colours!

Came in with no reference photo, just a vision and my awful explanatory skills. They nailed exactly what I wanted. Great price and service.

I have always had a great experience at KT Nails, the staff are always attentive and polite but unfortunately my last visit wasnt the best experience. The staff member huffed at me on 3 occasions, snipped my skin while cutting my toe nail. when I yelped and pulled my foot away (he did apologise) but was rushing. He only gave the green grit treatment to one foot, pumiced my big toe to the point I pulled it away as it was so sore yet he carried on, he completely missed an area I asked about (another staff member spoke for him, she was lovely, so he attempted it but he wasnt happy) he then covered my feet in so much oil it wasnt pleasant and then painted my nails, but unfortunately I slipped very slightly while collecting my bag and shoes off the floor and dabbed 2 of the nails which he wasnt pleased with, then he left me struggling to try and sit under a glass shelf desk to reach the drying machine, by this time I was feeling quite unimpressed and uncomfortable, then without checking my nails (which I did) he just told me I can go now !! I paid and was polite but left feeling very unimpressed by the whole experience and this was supposed to be a treat to myself. I went home and soaked my feet as they felt so sore.I want to stress that I have always had a great service at this place with all the staff but on this occasion it was anything but a relaxing treatment.
