The whole process was done very thoroughly, I was impressed! Ellie was very polite and welcoming.However, I was supposed to book in to get acrylics done but that was completely my fault and the service I got was just as good so I will defo be returning!Thank you so much :)

I went for eyebrows and upperlips wax, a bit expensive as compared to others, that's okay but they burn my skin. Put hot wax on my upper lips and I didn't realise that time coz my skin is sensitive, which I found it normal. I checked when I reached home, it was pealing off. I got a scar on my face which looks ridiculously awful.

This was the first time I'd had my eyebrows tinted and waxed. It was a very efficient, relaxed and professional experience. Will definitely visit Lorelle again and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL leopard print nails done by Alice. Honestly couldn’t be happier with them, I wish they could last forever. Myself and my mum had such a lovely experience for a first time customers. Alice was a pleasure to chat to, very friendly and welcoming. Superb service. Thank you!!! My nails are mini works of art.
