The Pole Room

The pole room is amazing, I started classes in April and have loved every class, the instructors are all friendly and supportive. Ally has really helped build my confidence, I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about starting pole!

TPR is such an amazing place to learn pole. I cannot praise Ally and her team enough for the support, encouragement and energy they bring to every class. I started my pole journey in Dec and I haven’t looked back; I love every lesson and have met great people along the way. Ally is welcoming to all, and we have so much fun during lesson. If you are considering trying this sport then please do not hesitate to book onto the beginners lessons…no experience is required as you’ll be coached by the most professional set of instructors I’ve ever met. Each move is broken down or scaled so is inclusive to all abilities. This is by far the best place to pole in Peterborough!

Love training at the pole room, the best around. The studio is awesome, and each class is different. I have made some lifelong friends there,and always look forward to going to class.

I absolutely love my classes here, once a week is not enough! The instructors are all so lovely and the girls I train with are friendly and welcoming. The vibe is great, and I highly recommend for anyone wanting to try a new type of fitness activity

Absolutely love the studio! I joined over a year ago as I wanted to increase my strength and flexibility. I love the pole and flexibility classes. I have gained so much during this time. Instructors are fantastic and very supportive, and adapt exercises for students, who, like me, have movement restrictions, to slowly build up and prevent injuries. I highly recommend The Pole Room!!

Ally (the owner) is the sweetest and I have done lessons here for over a year! Gorgeous studio and its so easy to progress with the instructors. Definitely go if you are thinking about trying pole!

The Pole Room is a welcoming, fun, inclusive and encouraging place to try different Aerial disciplines, from pole - silks. The instructors are all knowledgeable and skilled... would highly recommend anyone thinking about trying pole, silks or hoop to give it a go, you will be hooked if you do.

I've been going to the pole room for about 10 months and it's AMAZING! All the instructors are fantastic, although I've mostly had Jess and Ally for the classes that I do and they truly are brilliant (both at pole and teaching). They get just the right balance of difficulty so that you can achieve lots of moves but you also progress really quickly. They are great at managing varying skill sets within the difficulty level of the class and also, there are friendly helpers in every lesson so that there's always someone to give advice or spot you if needed. The environment is super positive and supportive, and it's a great place to build your body confidence. Facilities are also fab as it's a lovely studio with pretty mood lighting. There are 3 normal poles and 6 super tall poles which a lot of places don't have. Cant recommend the pole room enough!

Joined the pole room as a beginner in June in both pole and hoop, the instructors are very talented and really push you to succeed no matter what your skill level is. The classes are great fun and everyone is very supportive of each other. Highly recommend
