Sold my girlfriend defective shoes - manager refused to replace despite obvious defect and another employee recognising and attempting to deal with the issue - shoes taken off of me because they had to be sent to the XXX office" - still haven't received them back despite multiple chase ups.AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

Been there yesterday. The lady at the cashier couldn’t be any more rude. The guy who helped us with the shoes was actually nice and we told him my partner would like to try on the shoes before purchasing. I was standing at the cashier while the guy gave the shoes to my partner and she immediately told him to go after him in front of me. I do understand you’ve got people running out of the store but does he has to be so rude about it when I’m literally standing next to her waiting to pay?? We’ve left a good amount of money there, but honest to god we will not be returning again.

I was visiting footasylum today afternoon but my experience was really bad. I was looking for running shoes and I asked one of your staff if there is any bigger size which I can try on but staff seems rude and avoiding me I don't know how he serves other customers but still your shop needs to improve the service that provides to the customers.Thank you

Checked online for the opening times & stated its open late (till 7pm) on thursdays. So waited nearly a week to return an item only to find the store was shut!!! & to be told its actually friday's they open late. Does anyone know the real closing times!!!!!

My son's love this shop but I think its highly over priced for what they sell as you can get a lot of it online much cheaper its the sort of place I would go if I couldn't get it elsewhere
