Initially helpful sales colleague offered to check delivery waiting times on a sofa we showed a vague interest in then completely turned off the charm when we said we would think about it.Can't bare this old fashioned hard sell technique expecting customers to buy items they have shown a vague interest in.Nice furniture but mardy staff.Prepare to be harassed when browsing.

Always been pleased with past service and product from Oak Furnitureland. Visited showroom at Victoria Retail Park, Nottingham after viewing leather sofas online. All staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable without being pushy. Lovely light and well set out showroom. Alan who helped us was lovely and arranged our interest free purchase so efficiently and in such a pleasant way. Great way to spend a bank holiday Monday and looking forward to our delivery in a couple of months time. Very impressed, well worth a visit.

Order £1500 of furniture, get charged a hefty chunk for delivery on top. Guarantee a delivery date (and get a lecture that if you want to change it they’ll charge you extra)Wait 6 months for the delivery of your furniture, for them to ring you a week before the delivery date to advise that there’s been a delay and you’ll be waiting an extra 5 months!Try to process a cancellation of the order, can’t get through to anyone, after many times of trying, get told they’ll ring back (spoiler alert - they didn’t)Still trying to get my money back. Looks like I’ll be lodging a dispute with my bank!Avoid at all costs

Great assistance in the store but table arrived damaged. Having to wait an additional 2 weeks for re-delivery. No partial refund to cover inconvenience offered. When you are spending £1600 on a table I would expect better quality checks before delivery. I’m having to cancel plans and take another day off work for delivery.

AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased last year a mattress they offer me to pay an insurance for 5 years and in case of any accident the mattress will be replaced from the insurance.Last week I had an accident with my dog I asked replacement because we couldn't get rid of the smell and they just send a technician to clean the mattress he left the mattress soak wet and the smell from the urine is still there and we sleeping on the floor .I made several phone calls on the shop I purchase the mattress and the insurance company and the keep passing me to each other and playing with me.AGAIN AVOID TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

Cancelled my order 17th December, was told head office would confirm within a couple of days then wait up to five day's for refund, the guys at the store very helpful in advising what should happen to no avail, you simply can't get through to customer service I've tried 6 times waiting up to 40 minutes NO ONE EVER ANSWER'S,THEY DON'T ANSWER EMAILS EITHER, if you phone and want sales they pick up within 10 seconds.TWO WEEKS LATER STILL NO RESPONSE.DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 95% OF REVIEWS ARE BADDon pay

My table was delivered this morning at 07:14 table erected beautifully but they forgot the chairs and left my gate open and it was raining well worth £99.00 for premium service
