Lady with black hair and glasses seems to have a serious attitude problem. Being kind and polite costs nothing.

I would leave a zero review if possible, reasons being the inadequate behaviour of staff members for example, belittling customers on the store floor in addition at the till points. Moreover the reluctance to do their jobs, an example being, to provide customers with products that they have inquired about. At the phone display case, if I see a phone that is in working order & have every intention of purchasing said device I do not expect to be told “No” then denied my purchase & given no valid reason as to why. The unprofessional conduct is absolutely abysmal, from sales assistant to management levels, I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

Great place to shop if you're looking for video games or accessories for gaming. They sell headsets, controllers, strategy guides and obviously, video games. At back of the shop near the tills, they sell a variety of video game themed gifts such as drink glasses, wallets, keychains, trading cards and Pop figures from all different video games. The staff have always been very friendly and eager to help you find what you need. They are all very knowlageable about the games systems and up coming games. They offer insurance on most things you buy for a small one time fee. You can also pre-order games that haven't been released yet and pick them up in store. The only downside to Game is the prices; you can find the same items online for cheaper, but having a local Game store is very convenient if you need to buy something in a hurry

Staff know there sheznit. When it comes to customer service game witneys nail it. Always well stocked and have respectable sales.

Generally good service and wide range of stock. I particularly like the trade in service for games and consoles. Loses a star for the higher than average prices across the board. I do wonder how long this business model can run with the switch to downloads increasing year on year. Something to think about if you are going to trade a lot onto your Game card (or app) and leave it there.

Went into store today and asked if they sold the hardware for Google's stadia. (Controller and Chromecast) Member of staff became hostile and blunt.Only just recently returned to the store after many yrs away, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Great for Games but now they seem to have more ps4/5 games but hardly any xbox games

I have been here couple of times. Some of the staff is really friendly some need to learn to have manner and be polite.Place is good but be aware the staff being a Russian roulette of friendliness

Love having a decent GAME local to me. The store team are proper gamers and really enthusiastic about what they sell. They always have time for you and you feel like an appreciated customer. Great store!
