Decent shop and a convenient place to fill up

Spacious forecourt, friendly staff. During my visit (using carwash) it was obvious that they take presentation seriously as one of the staff was out front washing the pumps down. There is an Amazon collections locker here too.

Lazy Shop keeper !!! No Customer service!!Open until 9pm But if you turn up at 8.30 to use there Collect Plus service and try to drop or collect a parcel.. They will say Its too late i haven't got time to do that now!! But will stand behind the counter an press a buttom to dispense petrolNo Customer service at all... I wouldn't mind but there was 2 employees in the shop!!

Good friendly staff. Always serve me with a smile.I only buy petrol here so cannot comment on other items.

Recently a sign was put up asking for the customer to pay for fuel before pumping, the first day I didn’t realise and was politely asked to pay first which is you know whatever I’ll pay first. Weeks passed and I continued to use the garage for petrol, the car wash and other things like tobacco or a drink while paying to use the pump beforehand. It wasn’t till the once I walk in and an older member of staff with blond hair told me I can’t pay first and she can’t and won’t let me pay first, I explained that’s how I’ve been doing it for weeks and that the sign is still in the window, she still refused and didn’t want to know about the sign that was right beside her so I left and went to a further garage.About 2 weeks passed and I decided to go and just use the car wash facility, I was greeted by the same member of staff who told me the car wash wasn’t working, fair enough I just left thinking nothing of it trusting it wasn’t actually working and then just a day ago I go again to see if it’s fixed, getting greeted by the same member of staff again… she told me she didn’t know what was happening with the car was??? And told me she can’t do anything… so when leaving I went to the console and it was asking for a pin just as it does when it’s working so now I’m thinking she doesn’t like me for whatever reason which is not appropriate or she can’t be bothered to operate the car wash ticket machine either way she’s a very unpleasant and unprofessional member of the staff team and it’s completely put me off from returning. What happened to the nice dude who made sure everything was running as it should be, bring that guy back.

I have been to this petrol station numerous times over the last few years and today Swapna serverd me and helped my sort out car cleaner she was wonderful always happy and cheerful she is a excellent team member who should be rewarded for her excellent customer service skills. Well done young lady keep up.the good work. Chris

Good local station with good fuel prices

Over priced fuel. If Costco can sell it for 15p a litre less then justify the price. Yes there is a Costco membership, but there is also a 2% cashback.
