I joined Artisan in September 2022.I started off working in the north terminal in Duty Free Luxury. I also helped support the Collections Shop whilst there.My Manager Charlie Jones is the reason I am where I am.Charlie is forever encouraging / training and offering new brands to me and I have also been given the privilege to work for L'Occitane, Cartier and DKNY (south terminal).Since the 1st June 2023 I have been helping support Chanel (south terminal).Regardless of where I am working, Charlie is either there in person helping me and supporting the team or on the phone backing us all up.I've met some amazing and interesting people. I have worked with Artisan for just over a year and thoroughly enjoy working in Travel Retail at Gatwick Airport. The people are what makes it a great place to work and I love the variety it brings when working for different brands.

I applied for artisan people group beginning of august 2023 still no call or email from the artisan people group i give up, even messaged APG on FB messenger telling me i would get call more like excuse. applied for another agency who deals with security work got call following week & I'm seeing them on wednesday.I have feeling no one deals with security shifts at APG they are all busy with duty free shifts at airport's, harrods & make up kiosk around london in shopping centre. WHY put security vacancies on your APG website if your not gonna reply back.guy's before you apply for artisan read 1 star reviews.

Been working for Artisan for a couple of months now and I've had a really positive experience. Very friendly staff, professional and helpful. As a student this is a great place to work as the shift availability is flexible and works well around my personal schedule. I'm glad I applied for a job here!
