I’ve had a rental property managed by Campell & Co for many years and have never once had to contact them, the reason behind this lack of contact is because not only do they make a deposit into my bank every month accompanied by a well laid out advice note listing everything that is relevant, they also send regular reports on how they visit my property for inspection and if anything needs attention they ask for my approval, then they contact the relevant trade person to carry out the repair. I’ve recommended them to a friend and they now manage a rental property for him.When I acquire my next rental property my first port of call will be Campell & Co as their management skill and attention to detail are second to none.
