Ladbrokes way below, paddy Power standards now. There computer system is so old, constantly freezes and can not be paid out for ages. Happened yesterday. Very old TVs still being used. I go dunstable shop, sometimes Bedford Square. Shops now in past.

Just because I look young and as a woman, I am always denied service in an unprofessional manner, I think this is a distinction between women and men, really disappointed, they are also not friendly - especially the young lady, I won't come here again & hope she doesn't have to deal with some horrible customers. She looked at my face and said that I have never done this before, really too inexperienced and the service attitude is too bad. I left without hesitation because I wouldn't have time to argue with people like her, judging people only by their appearance.
