Took 2 hours to get the food because of some screw up, where the restaurant told us to contact the takeaway company and vice versa. The veggie burger patty consisted of something similar to mashed potatoes with a few peas inside. Basically baby food. Felt like I was back to being 2 years old.

Worst service I've ever received from a takeaway, you think it would be a simple job finding a house and handing over the food, but not this place! Driver said he was outside and had pressed the doorbell? clearly knocked on the wrong door as I wouldn't pay for food and then not answer. called the driver who was a total drip arguing with me saying he did knock and its tough now the food has been taken back! sort your customer service out and actually try finding the right property next time! as that is your JOB!! 0/5 if I could!

I just ordered two spaghetti bolognese for my daughter and I. One of them was burnt and the other one is rancid, it’s musty.I have worked at restaurants to know these are NOT freshly made food. Absolutely disgusting just like their customer service. They are patronising and can’t understand their spoken English whatsoever.I’ve been told that they make pizza and pasta is only a side dish. So this allows them to send rotten food out for nearly £17.I also been told they have good feedbacks. Haha yes I can see... notPatronising, rude customer service.Please do NOT order from this “restaurant”It’s a joke

Ordered Meat feast pizza, Peri-peri chicken, fried chicken, cookies, and apple pie.The pizza was terrible, threw it away, somehow the toppings were cold. The pizza was floppy and base was undercooked, generally bad.The peri-peri chicken was pretty good but not amazing, fried chicken passable but could tell it had been cooked a while ago and kept under a lamp to keep warm.The cookies were too sweet but were freshly baked and had good warmth to them. The apple pie just fine, a bit too oily.The large menu put me off, but decided to order anyway. would not recommend

Ordered Pizza, which was fine but fried chicken was really bad quality......it wasn't fresh, smelly and full of oil.Tried to call several time, To leave a feedback but no one picked up phone at Pizza house.

I made an order last night and I found a dead fly on my pizza so I am very disappointed and repulsed. Plus they burnt my cookies. Don't recommend as kitchen hygiene is clearly quite low

Food smelt and was completely off. Got two mixed kebabs, chicken and lamb. It smelt as if it was completely off and the chicken was completely off and smelt. It was very sickening, ended up throwing it all away. Complete disgrace, would never come again.

First time ordering here and probably the last. Shop was grubby and staff hygiene wasn't great.Chips were pretty good but kebab was not. Portion size was small for what they charge.

I was appalled by the terrible service. I saw a rat behind the counter and was told to get out when I made them aware.Food was terrible, would advise to stay clear
