Had 3 rings re dipped last week and within 8 days they were back on my fingers even better then when I first got them! I had another ring sent off for a re band and it has come back better then ever. There was a slight bit of miscommunication however they honoured what I was quoted so tipped the lady on the desk for their wonderful service and honesty. I think when things go wrong it’s always about the service provided and I cannot fault them on that. I will now be a returning customer for any of my jewellery needs!Thank you again.

I had my engagement ring redesigned by Jo and she was absolutely fabulous from our first meeting, she took time in explaining different designs so she new what and how I wanted it. Had the best experience in Hill & Hill, the staff were all amazing in helping us choose my engagement ring, there was no pressure and only genuine kindness/excitement. We were made to feel at ease by all the lovely ladies!!The ring chosen admittedly I am biased but it is absolutely stunning, all of the rings brought to try on were sensational!!The perfect customer service, perfect options brought, absolutely beautiful jewellery.I cant thank you all enough for making such a special moment even more special! A beautiful, independent, friendly and modern jewellers. They do repairs, can make bespoke items, and have a wide range of lovely contemporary jewellery (perfect for gifts) as well as some stunning engagement rings and occasion rings. I went in to have an item repaired and was delighted with the friendly and welcoming customer service. Highly recommend.

We had a little bit of trouble at the start with my daughters love piercing however we were quickly reassured by Bethy and everything ran smoothly, the service and staff were great and my daughter loved her ear rings.

We would recommend the ear piercing service. They were so patient with my very nervous daughter and waited until she'd calmed down and was ready before doing her piercings. I also got my ears done at the same time. Very efficient and friendly service with a lovely range or first earrings. Such a lovely environment to get your first piercings done. I really recommend Hill and Hill jewellers. I had two sentimental rings re-designed into one beautiful ring that I will wear all the time. I’m absolutely delighted with the end result - it’s exceeded my expectations.Beth made the whole experience enjoyable and hassle free. She really understood my personal style and preferences, and was able to show me a range of options that I could choose from.I’m now planning on re designing some other items with Hill and Hill.
