Kim's bounce house has been amazing at communicating I asked about the bad weather policy and how it works. I was kept upto date with everything right up to the day. Unfortunately it was too wet and windy for the castle and safety is paramount. Would 100% recommend

Just hired the wizard Bouncy Castle from Kim’s Bounce House for our school summer fair on Saturday and what a great customer experience we’ve just had. From start to finish really helpful, really friendly and has literally gone above and beyond to help us meet council approval to hold the event.Had everything in place for all council requirements and sent over all documents/ certificates with ease.Drop off of the bouncy castle was reallyStraight forward with set up taking no time at all and same again with collection.All the kids loved having the bouncy castle and it just finished off the fair really well.Will be using this company again for future events!Thanks for everything Kim it’s been a pleasure.

Really pleased with Kim and the team. Communication was brilliant, turned up on time, excellent attention to both health and safety and logistics. Inflatable was clean and in perfect condition, set up was no fuss and considerate to the garden.Had a brilliant time, and likewise collection, quick easy, clean and tidy.Great company and would definitely use again!Thanks Kim :-)

We hired the basket ball inflatable, inflatable football, bouncy castle and candy floss cart, for my daughter’s Christening,The service we received was absolutely perfect,The kids loved every single minute of it, the candy floss machine was amazing,Will definitely be hiring again

Kim is just absolutely superb, so professional. A superb service every time. We have used Kim's bounce house 3 times now at our farm. She is so easily contactable & very reasonable.
