Brilliant van hire, had a Luton for 24hr very competitive price and dealt with Nathan in the office, he made the process of hiring a van very easy especially as I hadn’t rented before!I always come here for my MOT’s and repairs too so highly recommended to anyone looking to rent cars or vans and get a mot while you’re at it!

Hired a Luton van with tail lift for 24hours for a house move. Branch phoned on the morning of the hire to say that the van was not available and offering a smaller van with no tail lift. They refused to deliver a Luton from a different branch but agreed to a small price reduction. Substitute van was filthy and paperwork at the beginning and end of the hire took 30+ minutes (a phone number for my employer etc etc). The guy in the branch was perfectly civil and helpful but my overall experience was poor. Given all the other positive reviews hopefully my experience was a one off.
