We used DW Kitchens and Bathrooms to fit a new Bath for us. Fantastic service from start to finish, the job turned out to be a little trickier than first expected but Ben and Derek went that extra mile to ensure the job was finished to an immaculate standard. Highly recommended.

This company claims to be Part P Registered electricians. Having checked with NICEIC (the officil electrical body) they have confirmed that D.W.Kitchens and Bathrooms of Kent ARE NOT registered. D.W. Services are also NOT registered. They also claim to be Fairtrade Registered but having checked with Fairtrade they ARE NOT registered with this professional organization either.They charge top prices for their work but it is VERY shoddy and gives the impression that they are amateurs pretending to be professional. Plumbing held up using a piece of wire for instance. Plumbing and flooring not finished off, holes in outside wall not filled in, radiator fitted in position so that the bathroom door would not open (this was then botched by cutting the edge off of the door to make it miss the radiator but the door frame was not made good. Avoid this company.

Superb! Ben and Derek completely remodelled our old and out of date bathroom and I could not be happier with the results. The finished room is perfect and is exactly what we planned and talked about with them. Their attention to detail is first class, they worked so hard to ensure everything was perfect for us. They are tidy and extremely considerate when working in your home. I cannot find anything negative to say about the company, about Ben & Derek or the service they provide. They are the best.
