Amazing food, have been there twice now, both times were flawless, very clean establishment and friendly staff. Food is not what I would call expensive, brilliant value and quality for the money spent there. Will definitely be going again.

I had a small carvery, choice was good, roast potatoes were the best I've ever eaten at any restaurant, very tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Partner had Pepperoni pizza, he rates them better than any shop or store ones. Toilets were spotless and fresh smelling. Well worth a visit.

Generally we had a good night. Two of the starters were later than the rest because the kitchen staff burnt them but we were informed straight away. The mains were ok but the Brussels and Cauliflower cheese were hard and the stuffing balls could not even be cut. The puddings were all fine except the kitchen miscounted and missed one apple and custard so one came out late. The four people who had profiteroles complained that they would have like a dessert fork and more room in the dish to manoeuvre the profiteroles and cut them. We were given a complimentary bottle of prosecco but only two of us drank alcohol and those two were not wine drinkers. One of the ladies took it to give to a friend.Overall the service was great and we were informed when things were to be late. The waitresses were very nice and helpful. A good night was had by all and the Festive meals were great value for money.

Massive thanks to Kels, Jess, Cat, jago, Mid, Munch, and Ben for making our evening go so well. It was my nans 80th birthday, and she had such a great time, and your service and the quality off the food made that all happen. So again, well done, guys, big thanks. You did the pub proud

Stopped here for a meal on our way home from Nottingham and having never been to a Stonehouse before so was unsure what to expect. The staff were friendly and helpful with knowledge of the menu which is always nice to find. Food at The Gap Inn was very delicious we had a selection of dishes to try. The only dish that I didn't rate was the Salt n Pepper beer battered mushrooms as they didn't taste of much other than mushrooms but everything else was spot on. The pizza's are definitely a highlight as the one we had was absolutely fantastic full of flavour and a nice fresh tasting stone cooked dough.

Celebrated my sons 16th birthday here. I was able to go a few hours before and set up balloons and decorations and deliver his cake. The manager in charge (a lady with long wavy hair) went above and beyond to make our celebration run smoothly with no hiccups whatsoever. My son was presented with a wonderful surprise dessert (as pictured) would highly recommend for any special occasion! It will be a memory to treasure and I’m very grateful.

We stopped off for a midweek lunch & were impressed with the care & attention given to us by Cat. I have a celery allergy & she went through the menu choices that I could safely eat. I enjoyed my buttermilk chicken burger with potato wedges & my husband loved his spicy pork burger. Many thanks!

Great service, pizzas were very good probably the best in Grantham.Food all came out together to serve 7 of us. The only downfall is where we were sat, it was a bit gloomy sat at the back of the restaurants near the entrance to the toilets. Having the fires on would have made it a nice atmosphere to enjoy the meal.
