I've never been to the site/store as we live a distance away but we have a subscription set up for our cocker poo. The quality of the food is excellent and I must say the customer service is second to none. Very friendly staff who are excellent at their job. Very slick. I just received and read your email, I am a customer of your product wuffitmix energy 24 and I have purchased the product from around 10 years, before I found your website I tried my rottweiler on several dry dog food, and each and everyone she turned her nose up at, I just want you to know that brand of dry dog food energy 24 she enjoyed everytime...I allways purch2 bags every so often that she ran out, but in the last couple of months I could only order the one bag due to my dog sasha being diagnosed with cancer, and because of thatshe lost a lot of weight... Today she is going to the vets to be put to sleep so I thank the family of dugdale THANK YOU, for making my dog happy 8
