I really can't put into words my deepest appreciation of Luke and Victoria when I lost my husband Gary . Nothing was too much trouble . Everything comes from the heart . They helped me do my husband proud . I will be forever grateful to them . Definitely recommend them above anywhere else . Thankyou so much .

When my brother passed away suddenly our family didn't quite know what we were supposed to do . Several different friends recommended that we try Smith Family Funeral Directors and Repatriation Ltd .On meeting luke we knew we'd made the right choice. Luke's professional warm and friendly manner made this difficult time much easier. Luke sat and talked us through every detail ensuring we as a family got exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much for luke and his team. If we wanted flowers shaped like a trainer he made sure it happened . If we wanted a bike escort he made sure we had it.Everything was done with a personal touch which meant the world to us.When you are going through one of the hardest times in your life people who make things easier and lessen the stress really are angels on earthThank you so much for everything.

i meet luke and a month ago and was helping with a few bits for his new shop. i wished them well on open day never imagining i would be needing his services in less than 4 weeks time.we lost out mum on the weds evening and rang luke as we as a family didnt want to leave her at the hospital longer than we had to.our sister was already in the air coming from australia so we know we didnt have long to organise things. well we didnt need to worry there. by the friday morning mum was back in lukes care and by friday afternoon all arrangements had been made.from the first time we walked through the door he just took over and looked after us all. id told luke we had had a bad experience after losing our dad and he went above all our expectations to make these visits as painless as possible.the funeral day went the best it ever could have and we as a family thank you for that.thanks again for making everything perfect for our mums final journeywith much love.the page family

Lovely personal care from Luke . We have used Luke for several family funerals and have always been very pleased with the quality of care received from him . His professionalism and loving ways have been very positive . I would recommend him for anyone wanting a really personal , loving funeral .

Luke helped me organise my friends funeral for January 2021It was a small celebration as we were still in lockdown restrictions.From caring for her at the funeral home, the personal side of things like arranging cars flowers order of service, the church service and on to the burial in Grundisburgh, Luke was 1st class in his care, compassion and organisation.I wanted a special casket for my friend and Luke made sure I got what she would have loved, in her favourite colour. In the past 3 years Luke has remained in touch with me and I continue to support his new venture with his wife and his staff.Highly recommend this wonderful teamThank you xx

I am so grateful for the care and support we were given.We went to various places for my little girls headstone but wasnt until we came across Luke and his team the price difference was shocking, we got everything we wanted at an amazing price.The general care and support we were given throughout the whole process was above and beyond.We couldnt wish for any better.Thankyou so much ❤️.Sadly we all lose people we love, but these will be who i go through in future, the funeral service they provided for somebody i know was again done with so much care and support throughout you couldnt wish for better in such traumatic times.Thankyou again. Luke and everyone he worked with was absolutely amazing- really lovely, genuine and down to earth people. With being quoted over £6000 for my fiancé funeral Luke managed to do much more for under £3000. Luke even arranged for my 4 year old boy to go in and decorate his daddy’s coffin with hand prints painted on and drawings. If it wasn’t for Luke we wouldn’t have been able to bury our loved one. Him and his firm are truly amazing and have even kept in contact after the funeral. Will definitely be using in in the future again

Luke recently arranged a funeral for me, The care and compassion he gave us was second to none, when some one passes away it's difficult to let your loved one go to a funeral home, Luke gave us comfort and was open and honest every step of the way, there prices are affordable but the care we and our freind got was incredible, we wouldn't use any one else from now on, this was the first time we have ever used a different funeral directors we have allways used a large company but a few people recommend we used smith family funeral service, all the best to luke and his team. Absolutely brilliant all round, not a single fault in them, Amazing, kind people! Affordable funerals for your loved ones, Sometimes, like my situation funds were very low for my mums funeral but smiths helped so much. smiths have really helped with everything and anything they possibly could for my mums funeral and even thought of lovely little details to make it even more special. Such a beautiful service for my mum and couldn’t thank them enough! Hot chocolate/coffee are both brilliant too on visits.

Where do I start from the minute I walked in the door to my first meeting luke was warm welcoming and very helpful.He stood by me the whole time me and my best friends family where going thro a rough time and planning a funeral.Luke is always there for you and always looks out for you he goes above and beyond.He is super helpful and does his job amazingly.What can I say about the day of the funeral I’m absolutely gob smacked he went out of his own way to rainbow him self and his team for my best friends day I couldn’t ask for a better person to help use see our true friend off.Once the funeral was complete luke also keeps in touch likes to meet up at the shop ( truely amazing).
