ATS Euromaster Colchester

Based this review purely on my experience. We'd booked an aircon recharge and antibacterial treatment.We arrived at the booked time, an hour round trip only to be told their machine had been out of service for ages and would still be for some time. Waste of our day and fuel, too.

I Can not believe the disgusting service by this garage, and I’m not saying Ats as we use them all over the country.A woman comes in on her own you charge her £205 for a tyre STEEP to start with, but she had no choice as she’s on a temporary restricted use spare wheel, at the end you’ve fitted the new tyre to the original wheel and then you tell her you haven’t got time to change it on her vehicle and dumped the new tyre wheel that should on the car in the boot an sent her on her way with the temp wheel still fitted!I really can’t believe this happened I wouldn’t have even expected this from a backstreet garage.firstly you’re responsible for supply and fit also to send vehicles away in the best and safest conditions possible, Failed on both accounts there,secondly it literally takes 5 minutes for you to swap a wheel over in a garage where has customer service gone absolutely shocking.I’m 100% sure my companies and my contacts companies will definitely be avoiding this garage and I’ll definitely be contacting Ats head office for an explanation to the action.

Have used ATS now a few times for MOT and servicing. Always a great service. Friendly and always welcoming.Always keep you up to date with what's going on and good value for money.

Been properly stitched up ATS Colchester. While visiting the area I had a nail in the rear passenger side tyre. I took it here to be changed, I explained clearly which tyre it was, passenger side rear, and left the keys for this tyre to be changed.Returned the next day to collect the car, as arranged, and drove away believing the tyre had been changed. Today I noticed that the tyre pressure was low, then I noticed that there was a nail...in exactly the same place as it was before. Had a look at the other side and realised ATS had changed the wrong tyre! I have driven over 700 miles since and it turns out my car was highly unsafe the whole time. I trusted ATS to do their job and they didn't. On phoning to explain I was told that they had changed they tyre they had noted on the system. The problem is that they noted the wrong tyre. I had to keep repeating details of the car and my personal details when I first booked the car in because the guy wasn't completely focused on what I was saying, no wonder he made note of the wrong tyre. They also apparently completed a full tyre inspection of all four tyres, but obviously missed the nail in the tyre I asked them to change. The manager said today he will try and arrange a deal with a nearby ATS to change the correct tyre at a cheaper price but having been promised a phone call back I have heard nothing back. This is the poorest service I have received in some time!!

Tyre fitted ok. Not so sure about the additional report. Booked appointment with black circles and tyre fitted at the appointment time. They did put the spare back in the wheel well.

ATS Colchester are always very friendly and helpful. The whole team are great and always accommodating. I always recommend this place to others and will definitely be back whenever my car needs something. Thank you!

I received fantastic service today, I hit a pothole on my way into work and my car was making a banging sound. By lunchtime ATS had fixed my car and at a reasonable price too. Thank you so much, will be recommending to my friends and colleagues.

ATS Euromaster in Colchester fitted my tyres ordered through Black Circles and I was really impressed by the service. The guys were all friendly and the member of staff who fitted my tyres took great care of the car when working on it - using a seat cover, closing the doors gently, jacking it up carefully, mounting the tyres without damaging the wheels, using shorter valves at my request, and lining up the valves with the markers on the tyre where the sidewall is reinforced (which most people won't do). Thank you guys for your help!
