Moduloft have done an amazing job with our loft conversion, their whole team have been amazing from start to finish.We now have a master bedroom and en-suite with a balcony view from a Velux MK19 recommended by Andrew at Moduloft.Moduloft's Jim & Charlie were superb, we can't praise them enough for all of their hard work they put into converting our loft space, they even hoovered up at the end of each day, it was hard to tell from the ground floor that work was being carried out upstairs.

We are absolutely delighted with our Moduloft loft conversion. We can not recommend the company more highly. From start to finish they have been a fantastic team to work with; from the builders to the office staff, to the project managers, everyone was friendly with a ‘can do’ attitude. An efficient, low stress, high quality build- thank you Moduloft!

We first found Moduloft through web searching to find a way to increase the pitch of our roof as it was too low for a regular loft conversion (even if it was tall enough it would have looked ugly). Looked through Moduloft website, and the C4 Sarah Beany link and it looked too good to be true - seemed to be the perfect solution, we had planning permission for something close to a knock down and rebuild but just couldnt tolerate the year long disruption. Contacted Moduloft and they came out to visit within a week or two and took photos - the sales process itself didnt feel as such - no pushing from them, in fact more of a 'pull' from our side. Quotes came in with a design.... firstly the design was not what we discussed, we had wanted to lose the ugly chimney, but the designers at Moduloft felt it looked better leaving it, and they were right - really appreciated that - showed thoughtfulness instead of glibly doing what we asked. Quote itself was very reasonable - so much in fact that we were worried about quality - again seemed too good to be true. After agreeing to the contract, they went to get planning permission - was turning out to be a real turnkey project - very easy.After we got the permissions, they started the build - we went on about 3 factory visits and it was really reassuring to see your actual house being built in the factory - to see the quality of all the materials used, and the workmanship of all joints etc before getting covered in plasterboard etc. (advise to others - take loads of pictures - so much easier to know where all the pipes are in the walls etc).So it got built and came to the install - we had been told it would take 3 days to remove the roof and 2 days to install the modules - we were very sceptical seemed too much - but again, expectations were smashed.The work ethic and quality of the install teams has to be seen to be believed - team would be on site at 8AM Monday morning, having driven from Leeds to Wiltshire - and worked through to 8-9 at night. Professional and flexible throughout. Last minute changes in plans accommodated.Install completed - very happy with the whole process - after sales and support on snagging was exemplary and a real concern to make sure the customer was happy.Have no doubts recommending them to anyone and would be very happy to show any potential customers a finished product - (get in touch with them for my details)Its great to see a British company really excelling at what they do - going above and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction, quality and really proud of what they do.Steve

Great website but the service offering is a little underwhelming as the company don't have capacity to meet demand for what clearly looks an innovative solution to loft conversions.

Moduloft provided us a smooth and professional service from start to finish for our loft conversion.Andrews design met the brief and he understood exactly what we wanted to achieve, and the installation team were efficient, effective and to schedule and nice to have around - the finished job is truly spectacular.It may seem too good to be true that you can have a loft conversion completed with only 2/3 weeks of disruption but Moduloft make the miracles happen :-)Tim the MD was communicative throughout and any small issues were dealt with a no quibble attitude.I cannot recommend this company enough!Thanks to the Moduloft team for a fantastic job!

Excellent company to work with. We had been told repeatedly from other companies that our loft conversion project was too ambitious due to us having a loft with truss supports. Thankfully we never gave up and after some searching online, we were drawn to the attention of Moduloft/Trussloft. Their instructional video provided us with reassurances our project could be done. We arranged an appointment the very next day with their representative who was very reassuring and provided us with a quote the same day after his visit. We cannot fault Moduloft's professionalism, from the initial meeting right the way through to completion. Their workforce were always on time, tidy, very efficient and resourceful. The quality of work from start to finish is exceptional!

SHAMEFUL & DISHONEST. If I could give negative stars I would. This sham of a company was contracted by our neighbours to install a loft conversion to a bungalow at the end of an un-made road. The comapny should have refused on the basis suitable vehicular access could not be achieved. However they didn't and they went ahead with the contract. As a result they damaged the road, several neighbours fences and broke our concrete base of our driveway trying to drive an oversized lorry back up the hill. They assured us of their full and complete rectification to the lane, then ran away never to be heard of again. My multiple attempts to speak to ANYONE including the company Director TIM BENSON have yielded nothing. The neighbours also have so many issues with leaks and unfinished works. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND SHAMEFUL.

We live in a new build property. We moved here two years before we decided we needed more space. We got in touch with Moduloft Limited (trussloft). Within minutes of a phone call we received our first quotation (which was a lot less than expected). Once we had paid our deposit, work on the loft started swiftly. Very efficient company start to finish. Very happy with the completed job. All the staff from administration team to the front line trade team very friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend Moduloft.

My son is having a moduloft build. It is being constantly delayed. They promise it will be finished but never turn up because they are working on other sites. Some of the lights are not working, promised an electrician but never turned up

Absolutely shocking!!!! Started the job and didn’t show back up for 3 weeks so rain water was pissing through the house. Half finished the roof and went off again without finishing anything inside off. The stairs were wonky and the whole service was a complete shambles, absolute waste of money and disgusting how they treat people
