We met with three agents before deciding that we wanted Chancellors to sell our property. We were impressed by the company's pro-active and communicative approach and were not let down. Josh in the Woodstock branch generated viewings even before details were on the internet, and he, David and especially Rebecca in the Specialist Sales Team all worked hard to keep things moving when there were some tricky aspects to the sale. They were all helpful, reassuring and friendly throughout. They kept us informed and involved to the end of the process.

I purchased my property through Chancellors. Throughout the process everyone we dealt with were unprofessional, lacking knowledge of the sale, obstructive and lacking any customer service skills. We complained to head office and got no response. Now 9 months later they still have our property displayed in the office window in Woodstock even though I’ve previously asked them to remove it. Use them at your peril.

I can't thank these guys enough, and would recommend them and I have and the people who I recommend have also had a sale on there property. As we live abroad our contact was limited, but any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally Josh Hartley was our agent and along with David conducted themselves in a very professional manner.We also had our house on the market with another office in Woodstock and it seemed a long time before any one was interested.
