Silver Circle Distillery
We enjoyed a really great afternoon with just a group of 6 for the gin-making experience. The atmosphere was very relaxed and our host friendly and informative. It felt very generous with the offers of tasting a wide range of products and no hard sell. We all produced something very nice! Great to offer the 2 people option! I think designated drivers could perhaps be sent away with a little flask of something as they could not sample everything on offer. Stunning drive up to the location too. Overall, a lovely experience.

Silver Circle Distillery
We went for a gin making experience and it was absolutely fantastic, above and beyond what I was expecting. This gin distillery is in a beautiful location overlooking a lovely landscape. We were absolutely spoilt with various gin and other similar spirit tasters. We were given a lovely amount and level of knowledge on how gin is made and the history behind it and guidance on flavours that would or wouldn’t work well together when creating our own gin. The host was absolutely fantastic and cannot fault anything throughout our day! Thank you for having us!

Really lovely experience choosing the aromatics to use in our gin, distilling it, tasting gins and testing our own! Duncan was really knowledgeable and thoughtful in helping us choose our flavours. Would definitely recommend. A great local business.

Really fun experience. A small business making great products. Starts with a talk about the production process followed by a testing of the products. You won’t want to leave without taking some home. Really friendly host and always great to support small businesses.

Silver Circle Distillery
Small batch distillery located in a beautiful valley. Warm welcome, rustic yet attractive decor to the modern barn buildings. A most informative, hands-on workshop with good explanation of the distilling process. We chose our botanicals, with a little advice, then distilled our grain spirit in small 1litre stills. Also tasted a range of Silver Circle drinks. Left with our bottle of unique Gin to enjoy later. Great fun!

Silver Circle Distillery
Had a great experience at Silver Circle Distillery. We learned a lot about craft gin making and tasted several gins, aquavit, and their new Blood Mary cocktail. Great to have a discount in the shop too, so we could stock up on a range of products. One of our party had a dog with them and there was no issue, she just couldn’t enter the distilling area but was able to view from the tasting area.

Thoroughly enjoyable morning. Not so much a tour as the venue is very small, but more of a highly informative visit in a very scenic setting. But this makes it feel very personal. Our host was very welcoming and took us through the history and process of distilling. Very generous tasting options of their wide range of products. Really unique mix of botanicals producing some delicious gins. Don’t let it be your turn to be the driver. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and tasting! Nina and Duncan were very welcoming and they definitely know their stuff. We were able to taste a number of cocktails as well as the gin and it was all really tasty. We spent a decent amount of time there and didn't feel rushed at all. Would definitely recommend and if you can't make it in person for a tasting, it's worth buying some of their drinks (we bought a bottle of Negroni - yum !) and trying them at home! Many thanks guys :-)

Silver Circle Distillery
Wonderful experience from start to finish. This is a small batch distillery and despite the many signs in the village, it is not expanding! We needed directions to this quaint distillery and fortunately a friendly lady on a white horse was able to direct us. It is run by a lovely couple who are just doing what they love, all mainly locally sourced ingredients from which they have created some amazing drinks and flavours. The tour was so interesting and informative and we learned so much about the art of distilling gin, thank you Nina! We especially loved the Wye Valley Gin, but the Negroni and Aquavit were also delicious!Claire & Scott (travelled from Seattle via family in Gloucestershire)
