They give you asseament for phycologist then as your comfortable talk to him they tell me that im not get a phycologist, im getting untrained nurse. They made trigger. dont care, all they care the pay cheque. Not the person that telling they been abused. Left me with diagnosis with no support or after care. Every one in place disrectful horrible against your illness they meant to be helping you with.

Every week my cousin phone me because she doesnt not get support she was in carsview no support. This place give rope.. And shows you have to hang yourself. As their is nobody trained in place. Dont waste money as they cant be bothered. My cousin wrote to mp to get support. None

This place is horrible, if you want to get well i wouldnt go here. They treat you like pay cheque. They give you a diagnoses a then give you no after care. The nurses a rude disrespectful make you feel that you not worthy. Feel that you are pushed back in to abuse because they dont care about you.

Utterly useless when it comes to getting a hold of an actual doctor, doctor is hopeless with sending over prescriptions to GPs, my advice change your doctor and go somewhere else. Only reason I have given 2 stars is the fact the duty workers are lovely.

This place has went completely down hill since last year. I have been waiting on a call back for 3 months. I've called them several times and they say they will call back with an answer to my question. Still no luck. Still waiting on a community mental health nurse since 2020, when my one had to leave due to bad health. Before they were great, they listened and they genuinely cared for their patients. Not anymore though.

Absolutely useless people more bothered about their own pay cheques and reputation than the one who needs care, the Polish Psychiatrist was the worst bullying her own patients thankfully she got fired.

After an uneasy start, which was of no fault of my own. I now know where i'm at with my mental health diagnostics. I have been back and forth to see psychiatrist's for nearly 4 years. Dr McQuitty is the best psychiatrist I have been allocated. He will actually listen to what you have to say.I was allocated Steve Mitchell (CPN). So far so good. No complaints.
