Great experience. Caitlin is very warm and welcoming, explaining everything in depth, using both technical terms but also fun analogies, making everything easy to understand. Her skills and obvious love for what she does made me feel very confident. Her calming voice and brilliant sense of humour made me feel so relaxed and happy during all the treatment. Can’t wait to go back!

Having tried all other methods of hair removal, I finally tried electrolysis at Kingston Electrolysis, and wish I'd have started sooner! Caitlin offers a great service, is very knowledgeable about hair growth and removal and I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend to all. Give electrolysis a try if you've been thinking about it as it's the ONLY permanent hair removal method.
