Go-Mobility

Had to use this company as couldn't get another one to do an access to work job , relentlessly late, 10,15,30 mins even had to book a holiday as they couldn't get to me one morning till 10 am even though I start at 6.40am, got an attitude when I complained from the owners Garry and Narrinder with poor excuses, not very nice people I'm afraid.And they say they are 27/7 rubbish only if you have a long journey that pays them well , not interested in small journeys anymore, And they reckon they have 10 cars and drivers rubbish, I've only ever seen 4 cars In the 3 years they took me to work , they stopped my travel to work as they couldn't get a driver to work before 7am and after 5pm more rubbish . More like nobody wants to work for them.Freedom Cabs and Dave's taxis are local friendly disabled taxi company's, who wont rip you off and no journey is to small , avoid Go Mobility.

We hired Go Mobility to take us from the pier to the train station,an excellent service,they arrived within 15 minutes of phoning them up and the driver helped me up the ramp on my scooter and my wife with all our luggage.All in all an excellent service which i wouldn't hesitate to use again if ever we are back in Southampton

We used Go-Mobility to transport my dad for a 90 minute drive and we were delighted with their service. We had to postpone the date, due to an issue beyond our control, but this was dealt with brilliantly by Gary in the office. They arrived on time and it was a lovely driver, great vehicle, and when we had a hiccup which delayed our departure, the driver was patient and helpful, never making us feel like he was on-the-clock.When dad slipped in his wheelchair during the drive, the driver helped us right him and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Go-Mobility - fabulous from start to finish!
