I hired some items for our wedding day and despite it not being a huge order, Kayleigh took the time to help and advise me on different options even when I was being indecisive and changed my mind! The customer service is excellent. I really recommend visiting her showroom as the face to face experience is lovely and really assists in creating a vision.We really wanted a starlit canopy at our venue but the type we wanted hadn’t been installed there before so this was a mammoth task for Kayleigh and her team. They worked so hard to make it happen and I know a huge amount of work went on behind the scenes. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and remained conscious of our budget throughout.If you are looking for a professional, friendly, reliable service, definitely consider Pretty Events Co.

We had our wedding on 03-08-23 and we booked with Kayleigh back in 2021. Throughout the whole process, she has been incredible and helped reassure me by letting me come in numerous times to talk, gone through mock ups with me, even gone to the venue in her own time to check things over and ensure everything will run smoothly, I honestly could not fault her. She has been amazing. The main room was just exactly how I imagined and more! And everyone commented on how beautiful and elegant it looked which is exactly the vibe I was going for. We really didn’t have much of a clue about event dressing so Kayleigh met us at the wedding venue (The Vines) and gave us some great ideas and inspiration. I hired the sequin wall for my daughter’s birthday party and it went down brilliantly with all her friends!The selfies were brilliant!Kayleigh was very professional and is a real perfectionist.I would definitely recommend!

Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect.From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything.The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!).Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect.If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend.Thank you for everything Kayleigh as you are a star :-)LoveSam & Simonxxx

The Pretty Events Co recently styled our wedding and nailed it! We wanted a rustic feel and Kayleigh and team got it just right. Chair covers and hessian sashes, hessian table runners, ladder table plan, sweet table, lanterns and logs .. it all looked amazing when we arrived at the venue.Dealing with Kayleigh all the way through, she offered advice, told us what was feasible .. even helped when we wanted to add extras a few days before.Thanks again Kayleigh!
