The counselling I received from Cheryl was highly effective for me. After the initial nervousness, I soon got to look forward to my sessions with her. She was friendly but also professional and gave me my self confidence back. I would highly recommend her counselling services to anyone that needs a little help or even just support and understanding at a low time in their life.

She made me realise I had a voice, never telling me what I should do or how I should feel.
