The tortillas are the best ones I've found in the UK, basically anything I've ordered has been delicious. The salsas and the hot chocolate are so good too. Delivery has always been super quick and easy. My go to gifts for food lovers.

Bought their tacos from ocado and then went direct for an array of items. Great to buy from. Good direct communication when one of the items was out of stock, and prompt no hassle postage. Highly recommend.

According to my Latina American wife this is as authentic as you can get when it comes to Mexican cuisine. We haven't bought any other brand since, the flavours are amazing, I've never had any problems with the product and I'm very grateful my local store lists the product.

Great shop for all things Mexican. They have a very useful click and collect service (ideal for the ones living in West/NW London)Their tortillas are the best I ate in the UK. Very similar to the ones you would find in Mexico. I prefer the ones that they sell by the kilo,but the prepacked dozen that you ca find on Ocado are decent too.

A VERY good company. Very friendly and reliable people. The best place to find high quality Mexican ingredients. The freshly pressed corn tortillas per kg are just as you'd find in Mexico. I've been buying from here for 10 years.

I was awake at 3am craving birria de res and consome, placed my order on the website and was able to collect the same day. Emailed customer service and they replied my order was ready to collect on the day. 5 stars!! Amazing mexican grocers in west london finally!! Fresh mexican grocery with so many chiles available. Thank you for helping me make my birria tacos.

Great experience with Cool Chile, especially the customer service. Having ordered too many products and realising this too late, I was able to contact Kristina in the Dispatch team who was very helpful and prompt in issuing a refund. Makes a huge difference when you are dealt with promptly and professionally, particularly when it comes to adjusting orders etc. Thank you Kristina! Looking forward to receiving my poblano peppers and jalapenos! :)
