customer service was extremely poor i soon changed banks after trying to cancel a standing order, followed the telephone operators instructions perfectly. apparantly he couldnt do it as it was a sunday. Hopefully they have improved but a low score all round from me

Only opens now 10am-2pm according to a paper note stuck on the door. The Santander website and Google both show open until 4pm. Cheers for the wasted journey you cretins.

Santander cash machine swallowed my bank card, didn't even ask for pin number just swallowed it. Branch manager was next to useless. I am disabled and suffer from Huntington's Disease. I am a vulnerable adult. I told this to the manager and yet she still left me with no money, no card and a walk in the pouring rain to Prescot. She told me she couldn't help because I wasn't a Santander cutomer and near accused me of fraud. Swerve this place.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly at this branch. I always feel the employees here go above and beyond to help me. Julie the banker has helped my husband twice now trying to open a new account (we didn’t have all the proper information the first attempt under no fault of hers) and she has really done her best to inform us of everything and successfully set up the account.When I moved to this country I was on the fence with what bank I would like to use to set up an account with, because of my experience at this branch I have chosen to bank with Santander! I remain a very happy client!
