I have been using moose cycles for many years, they give good advise weather you want to hear it or not lol, they also stock a selection of high quality replacement products along with doing great service on my old downhill mountain bike, there are not many bike shop I trust leaving my bike with but this is one them. A good shop with good service .

Good place for mountain bikes, lovely selection. Their service and expertise is far better than a certain larger bike shop and they service bikes well and no hassle. I would travel far to get to this shop rather then the hassle with large bike shops.

Great bike shop - good customer service and professional repairs. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality service. I repaired bike in very timely and professional manner.

My wife was here today about a faulty hydraulic brake (leak). No interest and only the option to add to the list. You could check if there is a part in the store and replace it. I would understand if it wasn't. Won't be back there again

I’m afraid this is a bad one…paid £108 for fixing play in rear wheel, bleed and change break levers and tighten headset.Breaks barely working, front one doesn’t catch at all. Feels like they only changed the levers but didn’t bother bleeding, which with respect I could have just done myself and not bothered paying a professional to sort out.The old levers that could have been used for spare parts were never returned to me.Rear wheel is better than before but definitely could have been better.Giving 2 stars as I suppose out of 3 issues, 1 and a half have been sorted but the most important one (the breaks) are just as bad as they were before servicing.Waste of money….Will not use again.

My favourite bike shop. Greg and Jason are always super helpful and knowledgeable. They are also totally honest about their recommendations based on how and where a customer will ride - so novices and pro riders will get the friendly advice they need for their style of riding. I’ve bought a few bikes from them over the years and can’t recommend them enough. The shop has rare trick exotic mountain bikes and frames etc on show - always worth the visit.

Great bike shop I'd not had the pleasure of using before. Was hunting a new bike and a bike I didn't know I was looking for came up on the search. Phoned and had a chat about it, had a visit to have a look and now three weeks later it's in my home. Great guys, helped set it up and sorted the tyres for tubeless etc and also explained everything. If there is anything your local bike shop doesn't do for you and you can get here then go here. Cheers Greg, see you soon.
