Purchased a double swivel for my Mercedes Sprinter camper conversion, so easy to fit and is a game changer for space in the van. I have used them for years converting different vehicles. Alway a brilliant company to deal with. Highly recommend

Ordered a ply ceiling for transit custom lwb, unfortunately there was some damage to one of the corners which was just a little too bad to ignore.Contacted the team and they had a new one delivered to me the next day. This really was hassle free and was great to be on the end of great customer service.

The company's product and customer service is an absolute disaster. I bought a swivel for Ford Transit Custom and had it delivered to Germany. Total cost: 350 price of goods + 160 cost of transportation + 115 duty. The goods had a defect or production error, so that they did not matched into the screws. The customer service simply left me alone with my problem. Then I finally had it milled by a workshop so that it fit. I also had to pay 150 euros for the workshop. Then began the problem with the TÜV. The product came with the first page of a test, which should be a certificate. But it was only the first page of a full multi-page report. The TÜV wanted to see the whole report, which is understandable. Upon request, after a very long waiting time, the company informed me that they would not send the remaining pages to customers. Customers only get the first page. I made a video about it and put it on Youtube. If you want to see it, you can do it. Great company there products are top notch, there after sales care team / customer support team are of the same standard. sent me out a replacement part which the courier had unfortunatly damaged with great speed and brilliant damage protection. They were a pleasure to deal with

I purchased a double swivel base from this company for my mk7 transit being an expensive bit of kit I assumed it would be a good piece of kit.I had problems with this base from day one the holes don't line up with the ones on the van and it doesn't lock back into place without excessive force and hurting your hands finally they agreed to have it back for repair on getting it back from them them resetting one of the pins they never address the fixing hole situation and it still doesn't fit my van after speaking to Vicky or Nicky the lovely woman from customer service I am left with a base which is still no good and I cannot use. Now Nicky (Vicky) has stopped answering the phone and just puts the phone down on me every time I call for bad mouthing there products I wouldn't have to put them down of they were fit for purpose would I Nicky so maybe stop being childish and possibly get Jason your director to call me and we can arrange something failing that I will just come to your business address and we can resolve it there?I'm not being left £350 out of pocket with a piece of metal I cannot use and hasn't been safe from day one!Give me a call Jason Lee and we can resolve thisSince writing this original review above the company have tried to black mail me by saying they are not willing to deal with me fix the product or replace it or refund it even though they have already admitted there is a issue with it by taking it back once and repairing it but not correctly but they will not deal with me unless I remove this review that certainly is not going to happen I would of certainly changed this review to a more positive one if the company was willing to repair the item and change my mind on there customer serviceAs you can see from the photos there product clearly doesn't fit they can keep the money and also keep this review have a good one Nicky

Bought all the panels for my T6 conversion from them on different occasions, good service, great people and very helpful when needed

I purchased a passenger swivel base for my renault trafic x83. It was delivered within 24hours of confirmation and communication was first class. Fitting was a doddle and did it in about 20 minutes and the quality was excellent. I had to trim down the rubber lip of my battery cover (NO NEED TO CUT MAT) so that it fitted under the swivel plate which again was very simple, using a sharp stanley knife. The seat swivels easier than I expected, so am a very happy customer. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service and great products! I'd recently ordered some interior ply for my T6, fitment was second to none. One of the panels was damaged in the post and after a quick email, a replacement panel was dispatched and arrived in on piece. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Great quality kitchen units!!Bought a kitchen unit for my T5 early this summer and it's absolutely spot on!! Great and friendly staff and a very pleasant customer service both on the phone and in person.I would highly recommend these guys for anything inside your campervan!!
