I was really impressed with Rob and his team’s professionalism and transparency.They carried out work at one of my rental properties, they made sure everything was up to date and in line with current regulations for letting out a property.At each stage I was sent pictures of the works carried out which was fantastic as I wouldn’t of been able to get up to the property before my new tenants were due to move in.The standard of work at Smart Electricians and the overall customer experience was superb.Thank you guys, keep up the good work. ☺️

Needed my house rewiring before I moved in. Called on Thursday, got a quote the same day. Came out on the Saturday to mark up the work in each room. Then the team started Monday and finished Friday. We fell lucky as they had an unexpected gap but even so the work was still of good quality and done in time for us to move in.You get a discount for having a property that is unfurnished and un lived in

Smart Electricians carried out a full house rewire for us, and helped us sort through lots of issues we had with a new property. They provided a great service all of the way through and did a great job. They were also consistently approachable and reassuring. They were also able to recommend other handymen to us - who also turned out to be very reliable. Definitely recommended.

Rob and his team were excellent for our partial rewire. Turned up on time, very transparent on quotes so you didn't feel like you were being ripped off, with the work being neat and exactly what we asked for.He rang us to give updates, and recommended sockets and switch positionings based on his experience of what other customers wanted.Already recommended him to family and friends. From booking the appointment for a home sale electrical safety Test to the appointment it's self was first class.You had reminder a week before day before and then a time Rob would arrive.Rob was polite and respectful. Booked Smart Electricians for an EICR report on our flat at very short notice which I really appreciated. A few issues were identified and fixed that same day which was really helpful. Rob was very friendly and professional, explained everything and got everything sorted with the minimum of fuss. Definitely would use in future.

Rob installed and wired in a new hob, light fitting and under unit lights for us. Right from our first contact, I have been really pleased with the service, as we were able to liaise with him beforehand about which appliances would be best; nothing was too much effort for him. Every step of the way, Rob has been so helpful and polite and was able to get our jobs done really quickly. I am so pleased with the results, especially the under unit lights in the kitchen that Rob made a bespoke setting for (due to one cabinet being there to conceal the boiler). It looks fantastic and booking him in to do it was the easiest thing in the world. I have no hesitation in recommending SMART Electricians Ltd to anyone and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Rob and his colleague are very good at their job. Rob listens carefully to the brief and fulfils to the customer’s satisfaction. His advice is excellent as his knowledge. Owen came round to fit a new induction hob, brilliant service. I was told the price before he came plus gave me some advice for other jobs I need doing.Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Rob & his team were brilliant from start to finish and provided a proffessional and top quality full rewire of our home - our inicial consultation was swift (same day I called) & the quote accurate. The rewire was carried out over 5 days (we moved out for the week so they had full access) and we came back to a tidy home with new sockers and pendants galore.
