Slimming World With Jo

I have attended a few slimming world classes over the years and i can honestly say i think Jo is probably the most helpful and attentive consultant i have come across, always has time to answer any mid week queries or worries you may have in between classes and her private facebook group is so helpful for exchanging recipe ideas etc .

I would definitely recommend SlimmingWorld as a way to not only loose weight but improve health issues, self esteem and happiness. I go to club every week for weigh in and moral support from other club members. Jo’s club at St Luke’s, Willerby on a Tuesday 5:30pm and 7:30pm groups are a good way to meet new friends and set your goals. You will have ups and downs as a few of us do but with the support and advice from your consultant and group members anything is possible. Believe me I know.

I have been a member at Jo's group since September 2014. I have been at my target (4 stone loss) for over 4 years. I continue to go as the group helps me to keep on track. Jo is a great consultant...firm, friendly and a huge support. She encourages everyone to achieve their goals..but doesn't criticize when we have off weeks. Its a great group, with s great atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to turn their lives around or just to lose that little bit to make them feel good about themself.

Jo is a great SW consultant. Kind, encouraging, inspiring, helpful. I lost 7 stone with her guidance, so she must be good!

Jo is incredibly friendly and supportive. Always there if I need her and never judgmental. Would definitely recommend her groups!
