Trespass Trentham

Well positioned in the Trentham Shopping Village. I have had some great bargains during the summer sales.

Well stocked store. Always bargains to be found (even though they still seem expensive) Great Staff.

Had a slight issue with a coat I bought so took it back, iirc Ian scored everywhere to find me a replacement and called when he said he would to let me know he'd found one, brilliant service. Will be back

Well I have just been to Trespass at Trentham to return an item I bought online.I must say the customer service was brilliant the young lady sorted my refund whilst a very knowledgeable gentleman provided me with everything I needed to know about keeping warm and dry in very low temperatures.It also said 60% off so bagged myself several bargains at the same time.I must admit when it says 60% off you don’t generally get great bargains but this was a genuine sale unlike several other stores whose sales were not half as good as the ones in this store.It isn’t often that I am able to say I have received excellent customer service but today I can so feel they deserved a mention to show my appreciation.
