I booked a block of sessions with Juris after he offered some advice to me while I was training in the Gym. His knowledge is impressive and the way he explains things make his training so easy to follow. 4 weeks in and feeling amazing, I would highly recommend

Really approachable and friendly, it can be quite daunting looking for a PT particularly if you've not previously had one and/or haven't previously been into fitness. Juris made this process simple; I now have a diet plan and training regime that he guides me through each session continuing to push my boundaries whilst remaining achievable. The results speak for themselves. I have recommended Juris to my network and will continue to do so. Thanks for the continued motivation and advice.
