I felt very comfortable and at ease from the get go. The massage is very relaxing and aimed at re-energising and almost meditative. Jayne was happy to explain the other therapies she does so I can choose what might work best for me moving forward.

From the moment I met Jayne she put me at ease , I had a consultation first and Jayne explained everything to me especially as I had not had a massage before. The treatment room is lovely that you feel to start to relax straight away.I had the RLD treatment due to having quite a lot of Oedema to my body it was amazing ,so calming and relaxing to the point of me drifting off .Jayne discussed with me other alternative treatments that also maybe suitable to my health needs as I have lower back problems and sciatic pain.I felt so good afterwards that I have already booked for another one .
