I have used RGS for years at both my main property and a rental property. They are reliable, highly professional and charge fairly. They really came to my rescue recently, shifting their entire works schedule to come over and sort out a mains water leak inside a property wall.

I have been using RGS for my boiler services the past few years and have always been impressed with their promptness, professionalism, and expertise. They are always on time for appointments, take the time to explain the work they are doing, and leave my home clean and tidy.Recently, I had Shaun install a Nest thermostat for me on my dual zone heating system that also controls hot water. Shaun was very patient and explained everything clearly to me. The installation process was quick and easy, and I am very happy with the results.I highly recommend RGS for all of your boiler and thermostat needs. They are a reliable and trustworthy company that provides excellent service.

I called this company as they were recommended by several people in my local Facebook group. The guy who came told me that 7 or 8 parts were needed to fix it and even then he might not be able to. He recommended a new boiler. I was quoted £1046 for the repair (with no guarantee that it would actually be fixed) or a minimum of £2800 to provide and fit a new boiler. I didn't get a good vibe from this guy, so I paid the £100 for his 20 minute visit and called British Gas. The engineer replaced one faulty part (apparently costs about £16) and was here for 40 minutes (RGS quote included 5 to 6 hours labour). I know who I'll be using in future.

This was the second time I've used RGS and, as previously, was wholly impressed by all aspects of the service provided. Moreover, Shaun was content to let me watch what he was doing while explaining in detail and answering my questions. Not only am I much better informed about my heating and hot water systems but also reassured that both are functioning properly and efficiently. Thank you to RGS and Shaun for a job well done :-)

After messaging to arrange a boiler service, as I'd forgot when it was due. Shaun fitted it in within a week and came at a time that suited. He still put on a mask when entering my home ( which I didn't mind either way) and was very professional.

two other local firms did not properly inspect problem and went away after charging, Aran from RGS was more thorough; found that a lead had become detached and fixed it.At last a professional service, not a rip off!

I innocently called them out and they tried to con me into the choice of a big repair that involved dismantling my kitchen or buying a new Worcester boiler, when all it needed was air from a bicycle pump to expand the Expansion Vessel! Luckily I called Worcester for a second opinion and when they were exposed I demanded a refund that was rejected unsurprisingly. They are very friendly at first on the phone but once they smell money they are obnoxious and unscrupulous. Stay well away.
